Kathy was super responsive, and was able to arrange an appointment for later that same day. While we were on the phone, she gave me an estimate of costs for a check-up, and explained some possible additional costs so I wouldn't be caught off guard by the invoice. Mike, my plumber, was on time, courteous, and professional. The problem was resolved, and he left my bathroom exactly as he found it. He wore protective booties in the house and was nice to my cat.

Having watched this business grow from a couple of guys to a significant presence in our community over the past decade, I am proud to be a long-time client of Super Brothers Plumbing. I still get good, personal service. I think the costs are comparable to, if not slightly better than, other vendors. And, I'm happy to support a small (growing) local business.

Plumbing issues suck, to say it mildly. When something goes wrong, it seems like a personal affront, and it certainly ruins your day, especially if you can't use your toilet, sink, laundry, or shower. Super Brothers understands that we are perhaps not at our best when we need their services, and they want to be as helpful as possible. It's nice to be understood when your shower won't drain (or your toilet leaks, or whatever). I trust Super Brothers to help solve my plumbing issues reasonably and fairly, while talking me off the ledge. You should, too.

  Rey from Super Bros came out to diagnose why there was standing water in the backyard at my house. He quickly determined that the water wasn't coming from either my... read more water line or sewer line. He found the meter to the house that was likely leaking water, and he walked the neighborhood with me to try to find the house, but we couldn't figure out which house it was. I contacted the city, and they confirmed Rey's conclusion, and then they turned off the leaking line. Best of all, not only did Rey quickly diagnose the problem, but also Super Bros didn't charge me for Rey's time! I'll definitely be using them for any future problems.
